Puerto Rico hit by blackout as Hurricane Fiona makes landfall
The eye of newly formed Hurricane Fiona landed on Puerto Rico’s southwestern coast on Sunday — already causing an island-wide power blackout and threatening to dump “historic” levels of rain.
