Woman trapped in earthquake rubble felt like she was ‘born again’ during rescue
As Özlem Ayna lay pinned in rubble underneath a wardrobe, she could hear voices and the sound of a dog searching through her apartment building that had collapsed during an earthquake more than four days before in the southeastern Turkish city of Adiyaman.
