Cabinet ministers decline request to testify on Afghan aid restrictions as desperation grows
Three federal ministers have declined to testify in front of a group of senators looking into why Canadian humanitarian groups have been blocked from working in Afghanistan out of fear of running afoul of Canadian terrorism laws.
